after the wondrous trip to Siquijor, I stayed at Dumaguete for a couple of days.

Bo and I did nothing but eat,eat and eat..hehehe

he showed me around the city.

I stayed at his crib and cooked breakfast for us,lunch and dinner.

here are just of the meals i prepared. 

omelet with tuna seasoned with thyme and basil.  

pork sinigang for lunch. 

and for the last night, I made mashed potatoes, garden salad, my specially marinated steak.i made the gravy using the drippings from the steak. 

it happened to be the Buglasan Festival in Dumaguete.

when i saw this booth, i knew i have to try it..

i love the designs! hehe 

and i fancied its rest room. why?

 bo had tuna salad sandwich while i enjoyed my bacon,lettuce and cheese sandwich,

 i would definitely go back to Gabby's bistro when i get back in Dumaguete on December.

the next day,bo showed me the rest of Dumaguete.

we went to Cafe Antonio.

i had Brownie Fudge Frothiccino.

Cafe Antonio is like an old Spanish house transformed into a nice,cozy coffee shop.

we also visited Hayahay Gourmet Pizza.

they have tree houses..

it would be nicer if there were no cables on the view..hehehe

im so amazed by Hayahay..they are so clever and considerate to have chairs for big guys like me.

of course i used the chair on the left.hehehe

we ordered Hayahay's Special..gotta try their most famous pizza.

it doesnt show that im fond of their pizza,did i? lol

 we also visited Sans Rival and all I said was O.M.G! lol

i do love cakes and pastries..

their Sans Rival and Sylvanas are really famous that people who visited Dumaguete will not leave without a box of it.

we bought some for my friends.

on December ill grab the chance to visit the campus itself and its museum.

i really enjoued my short vacation at Dumaguete. It served its purpose.

now im back in Manila,and im longing for that place..so simple yet so much fun.

 i had so much fun during our road trip..lol

recently,im fondly interested to bears!

i can see you smiling but its not what you think! lol

i dont know what got into me to decide to collect bears..hahahaha

i mean,i do fancy stuffed toys (ahhhh! clear now? hehehe) since i was a child. as long as its a stuffed toy, i appreciate it.but now, i really love to see teddy bears..lol i mean they are really cute and cuddly.

FACT: my team leads at work and other colleagues calls me TEDDY BEAR! (even at text messages..) toinkz! and i dont know if that has something to do with my recent "obsession" to teddy bears..hehe

yesterday,i went to MOA and i bought some things for my crib.. im adding stuffs to my apartment so that it'll looks nice..hehe then,i went to BEAR CUDDLER and i just realized.. im surrounded by bears! hehe

i wanted to see my room with lots of bears and to start..

i bought one! yipee! (i feel like a kid again!)

 as i was staring at the bear,i then decided to collect bears.

what i will do is that every month,ill add a bear to my collection.

and the first bear i have,

its been years since my last entry! hahahaha

ive been busy..lots of stuff,you know..

and i just cant help but to share this trip that i had..

i visited my bestfriend Bo in Dumaguete last week and we were thinking of a nice relaxing vacation since both of us were stressed out with everyday work..hehehe We decided to go to a beach resort in Siquijor.

this is just the first part of the trip.

HEAVEN (part 1) "arrival to dumaguete and siquijor getaway"

first stop, the day i left Manila..at the airport.

the flight was delayed for an hour but its ok..hehehe though some of the passengers are already complaining.Check: Terminal 120 (the farthest gate..whew!)

 i love to travel and im starting to adore planes now and i now love the feeling of flying..lol

this is sooo unfair! only Rows 1-15 gets to pass the bridgeway to the plane.my seat assignment was 16A (i always ask for window seat)

and of course,the trip will not be complete without me taking my own pics..the "emo style"..toinkz! lol

I brought a S'mores cake for Bo as a "pasalubong" since theres no Red Ribbon at Dumaguete..hihihi but they are already building a Robinsons Mall. We just left my belongings to Bo's pad then we head off to dinner. One of the famous dish in the Philippines is Chicken Inasal,and in Dumaguete theres a place they call...

and guess what i ordered? Chicken Inasal of course! lol (sorry I forgot to upload the pic of the dish..hehe)

After dinner, we just stayed at home,Bo is munching on the S'mores cake i gave him and he have Dumaguete's famous Sans Rival on his fridge which i enjoyed so much! I almost ate the whole loaf of Sans Rival..lol

the next day,our itinerary...

going to Siquijor! weeee! hehe (im such a beach bum!)

below is the ferry boat we rode going to Siquijor,it took about an hour to reach our destination.but its ok...why?

because it was all worth it!

 im speechless! i cant say anything when we arrived at the resort! the place is really beautiful and well-maintained by the management! the place is really WOW! hehehe want me to prove it? see for yourselves!

btw,we didnt have a transfer from the pier going to the resort,we decided not to take advantage of the transfers offered by the resort because what we initially decided is just to rent a motorcycle so that we can also explore other parts of the island.we were left with no choice but to ride a "Habal-habal" hehehe..

after Lunch,took a nap and then...

When i was in this haven, I remember my friends...Social Eyes... im sooo sure they'll love this place as much as i do!

there are lots of recreational activities you can do,there are billiards, volleyball, table tennis, etc..below is the volleyball court.

i hate to leave the place..it was really fun staying at the resort..

the purpose of relaxness was accomplished!

sometimes,we have to say goodbye to someone important in our lives.it doesnt mean for good,but because of some circumstances,people need to seperate from each other because we need to,we have to grow,we need to live and stand on our own feet. its been ages since the last time i saw this old friend of mine. im not feeling any pain,maybe a bit sad though im really happy for my bestfriend,Ralph. he will be leaving on the 26th of this month.he will be working at Qatar. He is a graduate of Electrical Engineering. Ive known this guy since secondary grade. and we've been through a lot of good and bad times with the "barkada".

We decided to meet yesterday (23June2008) at Galleria since he is going to POEA to process some papers.We had lunch at Tokyo Tokyo and i treat him for an ice cream at Icebergs.(what? im craving for ice cream..hehehe everyone knows i really love ice cream! lol) its really nice catching up with friends and reminiscing the old times. Im missing high school! hehehe The time we spent together yesterday were just hours,but it feels good to see my bestfriend again.

Its really hard to find someone true nowadays,and this friend of mine..will remain forever in my heart.my bestfriend forever! Ü take care bro! until then...

speaking of finding true persons nowadays,

its also hard to find a quality partner. do i see people agreeing? yes! some are just after the fun. some are just fooling around,playing games,thinking they are someone when they are nobody! you know what im talking about! but im happy,because who would have thought that there is someone who is looking after me,who wants to be friends with me,who wants to know me all these time but doesnt have the courage to approach me. whats funny is that this person even ask someone to be our connection. until maybe this person realizes that making a move is a must. and i tell you, this person is amazing! well-educated! very sweet! though sometimes this person can easily get angry but just after an hour or so and everything will be ok. no ones perfect,and i guess whats good in our relationship is that we learned to accept the weakness of each other and though there have been a time where we argue over some things,we still hold on and never give up. when we were starting to get to know each other, both of us knows that this wil be a very big challenge for us. theres no easy beginning! it may look easy but keeping it is the big test. what makes the difference is that we started being true to each other. we tell things about our past and will never hide anything from each other.

 soon, things will come into a decision. and im excited! i cant wait..

what made me fall? its not the looks, though this will be a long distance relationship for just some time, this person assures and keeps me feeling secured. no one ever made me feel that way,and i guess in this community we belong where temptations are everywhere,thats one of the most important things a relationship should have aside from trust,honestly and love.

hahaha Heineken..you cant drink this anymore! Ü

that is what im feeling!

last monday was our last day of classroom training and everyone passed! Ü im happy that none of us failed the training because one way or the other,ive spent good times with them and its sad to see someone go. im very excited to post this entry. were now on ABAY (Academy bay,pronounced "ey-bey"..lol ),often refered to as transition or nesting. for the first two days of ABAY what we did are offline cases,transferring subscription.and i tell you, dude,its brainbleeding! hehehe you have to be very cautious and there are a lot of requirements for an account to be eligible for transfer. if its not eligible,you have to call the subscriber and tell them the bad news..hehe good thing we are empowered of giving compensations.and that is even without seeking for a supervisors approval.  earlier,we had our first 2 hours on the phone. everyone was excited..hahaha i can still remember the faces of my batchmates who are call center virgins..lol and my first call? he was not really irate but he wants to get a refund.and thats what i did,but of course i have to weigh the situation and the reason. i almost had a supervisory call,one of my caller asked for a supervisor and what i did,i placed him on hold,i reviewed what happened to his account and i get back at him and told him what i can do. ability and skills. in the end, he was satisfied with the resolution ive made. and that was just one of the reasons why i am happy. i feel satisfied and relieved that after all the hard work ive done during my training,whenever they say that they are happy and satisfied with the outcome of the call, it makes me feel good!

i guess what adds to what im feeling is an inspiration. really! i am sooo inspired. i have a goal and i have plans. plans not just for myself. we have plans! i know there are a lot of things that will happen along this journey,but i am ready..we are ready,right? Ü you know..(lol Ü promise! hehehe its been months since ive smiled like this. one of my niece even said:

"tito,mukha kang ewan..nakangiti ka dyan eh wala ka naman kausap dyan,tulala ka lang.."

im not a child anymore,and i know what i am doing now..ill never make the same mistakes again! and im so blessed to have this person in my life! someone who really makes me smile,someone who makes me feel important,someone who is always there for me (even when i was still at cebu..Ü.

and what more can i ask for?

i have a very wonderful family,i have friends (social eyes) who accepted me and cares for me. i have a job that supports my needs(and wants..hehe) i have great life experiences and i know theres more to it! and most of all..

i have someone who loves me so much!
